May 2003 to Present:  Training for Alberta Corporate Services Centre

Developed and delivered two and a half -day Building Community Partnerships course for Alberta Government employees.  Most recent delivery of training was in January 2005.

 

January to February 2005: Development of Training Manual for Alberta Human Resources and Employment

In partnership with the firm Emerging Direction created a Workplace Training Manual for the Peoples and Skills Investment Division of Alberta Human Resources and Employment.

 

December 2004: Strategic Planning for Alberta Federal Council.

In partnership with the firm Life Role Development Group, (LRDG) designed and delivered a two day strategic planning session for the Council the Council  

 

November 2004 to December 2004: Development of Training Material for Alberta Human Resources and Employment

In partnership with the firm Emerging Direction developed  a  two day Skills Investment Training Course for the regional delivery staff of Alberta Human Resources and Employment.

 

February 2004 to December 2004: Program Design for Alberta Human Resources and Employment

In partnership with the firm Emerging Direction played lead role in the research and development of program policies to support the delivery of Alberta Human Resources and EmploymentÔs Skills Investment Strategy

 

November 2003 to March 2004: Strategic and Operational Planning for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Prairie Region

In partnership with the firm Life Role Development Group, (LRDG) supported the Region to develop   both a strategic and operational plan   develop a Strategic Plan and Council Charter.

 

October 2003 to January 2004: Research Support for Immigration Study

In partnership with the firm Emerging Directions undertook Immigration Study for Alberta Human Resources and Employment and Alberta Learning

 

April 2003:  People Investment Division, Alberta Human Resources and Employment

Acted as facilitator to support interdepartmental team make key design decisions related to both structure and benefit levels for the DepartmentÕs new Benefit Structure.

1995-1996: Consulting Support to the High Level Community Futures Corporation

Provided consulting and facilitation expertise to support development of community plans in Rainbow Lake, High Level, Fort Vermillion and La Crete.

 

1991-1995: Community Future Trainer:

Contracted by various Community Future Boards across Alberta and Saskatchewan to provide community development training and assist in the development of strategic plans.
