Larry R. TollefsonLarry R. Tollefson has recently become associated with LRDG. Larry has had over thirty years of experience as a leader and coach, primarily in the fields of education and athletics. Many of his proteges are currently following his footsteps by providing leadership in a variety of venues. For the past 15 years he has held senior administrative positions within the Moose Jaw school system. His innovative methods have become popular additions to the services offered by LRDG.
Larry's coaching experience is wide and varied. He is a former member of Canada's National Baseball Team. Additionally, he has coaching experience that ranges through a variety of athletic venues. His coaching highlights include:

Member of the hockey coaching staff at Bemidji State University in Minnesota.

The initiation and development of an interdisciplinary team-teaching approach in a major technological high school that has proven successes for over 15 years.
The recruitment and selection of an instructional team required to deliver an innovative Information Technology Program. Larry was also responsible for the curriculum instruction and in-service training for this initiative.

Participation in the design of a community-based Economic Crime Prevention Program.Larry has a B.Ed. from the University of Regina and a M.Sc. from Bemidji State University in Minnesota. Additionally, he has taken a variety of leadership courses from San Diego State University, Fresno State University and Idaho State University.
