Colleen Reichrath-Smith

Colleen designs and tailors workshops, webinars and coaching programs to support active career management: stewarding strengths, creating opportunity and purposefully navigating paths.

Using a syntropic, narrative and strengths-based approach to support all career transitions – from school to work, from work to work and from work to ‘retirement’ – Colleen empowers and equips herclients to discover and navigate towards the next step in their career. For organisations, her workshops and coaching provide an engaged workforce that is equipped to flex and adapt. 

The co-author of A Career in Your Suitcase, steward of the book Retire to the Life You Love, and a past president of the Career Development Association of Alberta, Colleen has Certificates in Career Development from the University of Calgary, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and as a Holistic Narrative Career Professional. Colleen is also a Syntropic Coach and lead steward of Syntropic World’s Dare to Care communication process.
